These terms describe use of Diamond Tournaments. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site. Questions can be sent to etgillespie1@gmail.com.
What the site provides
Diamond Tournaments displays softball and baseball teams, schedules, scores, standings, and brackets. Authorized directors manage tournament information. The website is an information tool; tournament participation, registration, fees, eligibility, and event rules are handled separately by the organizer.
Scores and schedules
Information depends on director entries and may be delayed, incomplete, or corrected. Cached information may appear when a connection is unavailable. Confirm game times, field assignments, and urgent changes with the director. Tournament rules and organizer decisions govern play.
Director access
Only authorized directors may edit tournament records. Keep account credentials private. Do not attempt to access another account, bypass editing restrictions, disrupt the service, or alter records without permission.
Acceptable use
Use the website and contact forms for legitimate tournament, website, and sponsorship purposes. Do not submit unlawful, abusive, misleading, or infringing content, spam, malicious code, or private information about others without permission.
Content and logos
Team names, business logos, and other third-party materials belong to their respective owners. If you submit content for display, you must have permission to use it and authorize its display for the agreed tournament or sponsorship purpose. Sponsorship placement, duration, and pricing must be agreed with the director separately.
Advertisements and external services
Advertisements and external links may lead to third-party websites or services. Their products, content, and practices are governed by their own terms. Displaying an advertisement does not mean Diamond Tournaments endorses the advertiser.
Availability and responsibility
The site is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted service or error-free information. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Diamond Tournaments is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on incorrect information, delays, outages, or third-party services. These terms do not exclude rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
